OFFICER UP! Creating a Climate for Appropriate Police Behavior is Tim Tremaine's first book. He started in law enforcement in 1985 with the Arlington (Texas) Police Department. After retiring from Arlington, he joined the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office where he currently serves as the extradition sergeant.
